In this episode we dig into what Jev actually is: a model that makes fast, typed decisions your code can use directly, and why it points to a bigger shift. The short version: stop reaching for one giant LLM for everything.
A decision model does not generate text. You hand it some state and a typed question, it picks from a closed set of options or returns a score, and it does it in tens of milliseconds with a confidence signal attached. That is a very different tool from a chat model, and it changes how you think about wiring up an agent.
